This is awesome! We are new to plants and am currently sprouting flower seeds in big planter boxes on our balcony with a very excited 5 year old! We bought a lovely little dwarf nectarine tree and it’s sitting on the balcony waiting to be potted. I’m unsure of whether to take it out of the plastic tub now?! We have a pot for it, a little bigger than the tub…. it’s a north facing balcony that gets very very warm come summer! We are in Sydney. If you have any words of wisdom I would love to make this a success!!
I am 20 years old, 5'7", and 176. I started at 192 almost 2 months ago. I am striving to look perfect in my two piece at the beach which is now only 3 weeks away. I am doing everything. I exercise everyday, alternating between 1 hour and 30 min workout days. I love to exercise and always have. I do 30 min cardio everyday. On my hour days, i add in 30 minutes of strength training with your workouts for bigger butt and firmer arms. I increase reps or weights everyday. I only eat like 700 calories a day of lean cuisines .and grain bars. I drink 5 bottles() of water a day. I feel great and lmy body looks great, all except the love handles! My stomache is flat, my butt has always been big, but now its more toned and lifted. My breast have always been big but they are starting to lift. My thighs are toned. I used to weight train do my arm muscels are already big and im starting to tone them up more. Why are the love handles stillhere though? How can i get rid of them in 3 weeks, im ready for what ever challange!
