Hey Scott, I have been trying to decide which program to follow: 5 day body building ot PPL. I have been lifting about 2 years but havent really commited to a full program before. In the two years I have seen some gains but they have kind of plateaued. I attribute a lot of it to lack of diet so I decided I am going to join this community and use its resources to really see more gains this year. That being said, I am sitting at about 20-25% body fat (I think) and I really want to see a 6 pack this year but dont want to be really skinny. Which program do you recommend to help me best lose fat (with the help of a great diet) and see the least amount of muscle loss or even maintain/gain?
